裁判員の辞退理由として考慮されるケース

  • 北海道美深町（遠隔地）＝降雪・積雪で裁判開催都市への移動が困難
  • 広島・カキ養殖業＝種付け時期が１日でもずれると翌年の仕事がだめになる
  • 鹿児島・種子島（離島）＝祭りの際は参加者が少なくなり盛り上がりに欠ける
  • 経営者＝株主総会にトップがいない事態は想定できない
  • 情報処理ＳＥ＝システムトラブル発生時に対応が求められる
  • 営業職＝ゴルフや旅行などの接待は担当者の不在が認められない
  • 食料品製造業＝異物混入や誤表示の場合はマスコミに報道される事態に
  • テレビ出演者＝オーディションは仕事を取れるかどうかが決まる重要な場
  • 新聞記者＝代わりが見つからなければ記者会見への出席が必須
  • 鉄道業＝ダイヤ改正時は担当者が繁忙
  • コンビニエンスストア＝初詣でや海水浴場などに近い店舗の書き入れ時
  • 一般診療所＝インフルエンザ流行時や花粉症の時期は医師が繁忙
  • 学校担任教師＝学年初めや学年末は指導計画作成や入試指導で繁忙

「裁判員制度：「辞退」に配慮するケースまとめる　最高裁 - 毎日ｊｐ(毎日新聞)」より。異論はないけれど、検討項目は想像の斜め上を行っている。
